Responsibilities: |

Recruitment
Manpower planning pertaining the entire company and hence acquiring a suitable candidate |

Orientation and Induction
Efficiently acquainting new employees into the organization by well-directed orientation and induction program |

HR Policies & HR Manual
Ensuring organizational effectiveness in terms of employee behavior, communication, performance, retention, grievance handling, discipline, etc. by formulating and executing various HR policies and Manual |

Attendance & Leave Records
Keeping a track of Attendance of employees & a track of leaves taken. Taking corrective & preventive measures for irregularities & absenteeism. |

Performance Management System
Doing performance appraisals in better way adopting better appraisal practices. |
• |
Employee Engagement
Keeping records of employee turnover & exit rate. Taking initiatives to engage the staff to their work. Planning events or activities regularly or occasionally, getting those approved by senior management and implementing those. |

Employee Motivation / Training & Development
Identify and facilitate training programs for the workforce to increase employee productivity and efficiency. |

Exit Formalities
Ensuring an effective pathway for an employee exit - conducting exit interview, settling the accounts and other relieving formalities essential for a smooth exit |

Statutory Compliances
Efficiently complying with all the legal and regulatory matters such as PF, ESIC, etc. while maintaining healthy & cordial relations with government bodies and officials |

Compensation & Benefits
Facilitate various statutory as well as non-statutory benefits to the employees such as Medi-claim insurance, workmen’s compensation, incentives, maternity benefits, provident fund, etc. |

Qualification: |
MBA in HR/MSW/MHRM or equivalent degree in the field
(Work Experience and Sound knowledge will be highly considered) |
Salary Band: |
12-15 k per month (Negotiable) |
